1. Returns

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts (not due to our error) are not eligible for return.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement.

Please report within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
